SERIES 32X EXPLOSION PROOF SUBMERSIBLE.

The GAS MASTRRR series 32X explosion proof submersible induction mixer is designed for high rate flash mixing of sodium hypochlorite or chlorine gas into CSO basins for storm water/wastewater overflow disinfection. The design allows the sodium hypochlorite or chlorine gas to be flash mixed directly into the water stream with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The unit is available in nonvacuum style for liquid chemical (sodium hypochlorite) or vacuum for gas (chlorine). The units are supplied with stainless steel guide rails and lifting (jib style) crane/hoists for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection. SAVVY 3 panels control and protect the motor from voltage and amperage fault conditions.

Explosion proof rating is (FM Listing) Class 1, Groups C&D hazardous locations.

The GAS MASTRRR series 32X utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible explosion proof motor of epoxy coated cast iron construction for long-term duty in harsh environments. The motors are air filled and cooled, and are available for three phase service with 230/460 VAC power voltage options.

The series 32X units are available in ranges from 2 - 20 Hp for feed rates up to 60 GPM liquid and 10,000 PPD gas chemical per unit. The units are available in nonvacuum, vacuum and combination for dual chemical feed.
