The INTRUDRRR Series 3505F direct flanged induction mixers easily install through 6" or 8" ANSI flanges for superior velocity gradient mixing intensity in pipelines 6" upto and over 72" in size. The units install with new or retrofit to existing chemical feed equipment systems. The series 3505F are designed to vacuum feed gas chemicals in low pressure pipelines, vacuum or nonvacuum flash mix liquid chemicals into pressured lines when chemical metering pumps are used to overcome pipeline head pressure. The units are supplied standard with two chemical feed ports for multiple chemical feed from a single unit. The INTRUDRRR Series 3505F utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured BALDOR chemical process duty motor for indoor/outdoor service in corrosive environments, and are available in three phase service with a variety of VAC power voltage options.

The series 3505F units are available in ranges from 2 - 20 Hp for feed rates up to 10,000 PPD gas and 60 GPM liquid chemical per unit. The units are available in vacuum, nonvacuum, or a combination for dual chemical feed.
