The INTRUDRRR Series 35F is a flanged high rate induction mixer available in 6" or 8" ANSI flange sizes. The easily install through a 6" or 8" ANSI flange for superior velocity gradient mixing intensity in pipelines 6" and larger in size. The unit is supplied with a stainless steel knife gate valve and packing gland retreival system for unit removal from pipeline under flow conditions. The units install with new or retrofit to existing chemical feed equipment systems. The series 35F is designed to vacuum feed gas or liquid chemicals in low pressure pipelines, nonvacuum flash mix liquid chemicals into pressured lines when chemical metering pumps are used to overcome pipeline head pressure. The units are supplied standard with two chemical feed ports for multiple chemical feed from a single unit. The INTRUDRRR Series 35F utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured BALDOR chemical process duty motor for indoor/outdoor service in corrosive environments, and are available in three phase service with a variety of VAC power voltage options.

The series 35F units are available in ranges from 2 - 20 Hp for feed rates up to 10,000 PPD gas and 60 GPM liquid chemical per unit. The units are available in vacuum, nonvacuum, or a combination for dual chemical feed.
